Dear Bootstrap Themes customers,
On Feb. 02 at 23:00 UTC we experienced a critical issue with our email system which delivered emails to a small group of our customers. These emails made it seem as though our system had processed new orders, but these were historical order confirmation emails being redistributed due to a bug in our email system.
Here are the two most important details:
- These were old emails being re-dispatched, meaning no charges were made or accounts created.
- Customers may not receive their order confirmations for new purchases if their purchase occurred between Feb. 02 @ 23:00 UTC - Feb. 04 @ 20:30 UTC
Some customers may have received multiple copies of the same email. Additionally, since our email system is intermittently being disabled/re-enabled for testing while we debug this issue, some orders will not receive email confirmations. Your themes will still be delivered to your browser upon completing your payment processing, but you won't have the email record of the purchase. We're working on a resolution for this as well, but if you need to re-download a theme in the meantime, please contact us or sign in to your account.
